The contract is a 2 year contract to upgrade the dated Honeywell Excel control system to the latest Tridium N4 system. The project has been developed in-conjunction with our partner Optimised Energy.

Derby Schools BMS Upgrade

Vinci Facilities are delivering services under a PFI contract for 6 schools in Derby, as part of this we have been providing BMS maintenance and energy services for the past 5 years on the Trend system. Under their lifecycle replacement program we have recently upgraded all 6 schools to the latest IQ4 controllers.
